5 star are not enough to appreciate the service level you receive from Steve. Our family love Steve cause the way he helped us to find our house is beyond words. He was affectionate, active full of energy stayed on top of things and helped with all kind of resources we needed. I was very picky considering future school rating and area demographics and he showed tremendous knowledge to fulfill all our demands. We asked for Steve help in selling of our two story detached home. He helped us sell above expectations over asking price. He had contractors come in and fix out hardwood floors and the washrooms for a cheap price but quality work and in less than a week. He also ensured that our basement was finished in less than a week. He takes the time to ensure that a house looks into best before putting it on the market. Originally we were looking for a low budget home, something within our price range, but with the large sell we were able to buy my dream home that was above what we originally wanted. He also helped us buy a house for a very good deal. So not only did he sell our house for above asking price, he also helped us buy our new home for below the asking price.

Great Service! My wife and I met Steve at an open house and we were looking to buy our first house. We immediately loved the care he showed during the open house. We wanted to take our time finding a house since it would be our first one also because we didn't know the area. My wife was pregnant at the time and so we were very choosey and picky with what we wanted. We didn't end up buying a house for 6 months but the whole time, Steve was tremendously patient and understanding. He showed us multiple houses each time showing us exactly what we asked for and understood that we didn't want to rush this process.
