My wife and I met Steve at an open house and we were looking to buy our first house. We immediately loved the care he showed during the open house. We wanted to take our time finding a house since it would be our first one also because we didn't know the area. He also ensured that our basement was finished in less than a week. He takes the time to ensure that a house looks into best before putting it on the market. Originally we were looking for a low budget home, something within our price range, but with the large sell we were able to buy my dream home that was above what we originally wanted. He also helped us buy a house for a very good deal. So not only did he sell our house for above asking price, he also helped us buy our new home for below the asking price.
